Carleton Square July 3rd, 2007
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Pacific Rim Properties…Happy Fourth of July!
Some reminders:
- In Accordance with Municipal Code all barbecues must be a minimum of ten feet (10') from our units and not allowed on our decks.
- Fires or hot coals not monitored are subject to immediate fines (KTUU had a report yesterday about forest service and law enforcement imposing fines of over $100.00 being imposed for leaving campfires and grills unattended).
- Fireworks are illegal in the Municipality as well as being against the CCRs for the association. Municipal fines are $500.00 and up to two years in Jail!
So enjoy the day and remember to have a fun and safe holiday!

Just a reminder that visitor parking is for visitors only
Our CCRs define visitor parking as:
- A vehicle staying 3 nights (or 4 days) in the same spot
- A non owner/occupant of the condominium association (a rental landlord is the owner even though they do not occupy the unit)
Vehicles that do not meet this requirement are not visiting and subject to fines and towing!
So…Phase I's only have their two car garage (no outside parking) and phase II have their garage and driveway for parking.
We have been told many times that the previous owner/Realtor have misrepresented this. Unfortunately, you sign a disclosure stating you will comply when you purchase and if you are a renter you must abide by the CCR and you landlord should provide you with the rules.
The board is not trying to be unfriendly or unaccommodating, but with only 24 visitor spaces for 35 units, we ask you to please be a good neighbor and have your vehicles parked appropriately.
If you can not find your CCR (or your landlord did not provide you one), please contact Galen Gransbury at Pacific Rim Properties on how to obtain a copy.
