The Carleton Square Condominium Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit association incorporated on June 17, 1975.
PURPOSE
To foster and promote the interests of individuals, partnerships, firms, associations and corporations who own community association residential units.
To unite owners, through their associations or through their organizations which are representative of the owners in an association.
To consider and act in unison upon matters affecting the interests of owners with regard to their associations, and to cooperate for the improvement of all conditions relating to such interests.
To represent the interests of our members by presenting a unified input to legislators on issues affecting community association owners in Anchorage.
To secure and interchange accurate and reliable information for the associations and organizations of the unit owners, as well as the unit owners themselves.
MEMBERSHIP
Any formal or informal organization representing the owners of units in a residential community association, except when controlled by the developer, may become a voting member.
The board of Directors may approve Individuals and organizations as associates (non-voting members) who have interests that are consistent with the purposes of the association.
MEETINGS
Board of Directors Meetings are scheduled usually for the first Monday of each month at 5:30pm at Pacific Rim Properties main office at 405 West 27th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99503. We have one annual General Membership meeting which is usually held in December at Pacific Rim Properties. The Board of Directors meets at least every other month.
