Question, problem, compliment, complaint? Here’s your chance to let us know! Do we always answer email? We’d love to say that we answer all email in a timely manner, but the truth is that we don’t. We do answer most of our email though. Here’s our policies regarding answering email:
- Any email that we get regarding association problems, we take very seriously, and will always answer.
- Emails that have to do with suggestions, we usually file in our suggestion box and consider them for future meetings (we usually, but don’t always answer these emails).
- As a matter of point, we do not get involved in ‘personal battles’ between members, and we normally ignore such emails, unless we feel that the situation affects the happiness of the bulk of our members.
- Hate mail, flames, threats of lawsuits, etc. are always ignored (if you aren’t happy and are screaming at us, most likely no matter what we say to you will just make things worse). If there is an issue regarding something we can (and should) fix and you’re screaming at us about it we will take care of it, as that is the right thing to do, but don’t expect a reply from us.
- Questions regarding the way the site works are always answered.
- Email that makes no sense, or was obviously written under the influence will also be ignored.
