  1. Who do I contact for my association needs?

    Always contact the property manager first. Our Association Manager is Gaylen Gransbury of Pacific Rim Properties. He can be reached by phone at (907) 563-3345, or by email at ggransbury@pacificrimproperties.com. His mailing address is: 405 West 27th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99503. If you are renting, contact your landlord who should contact the property manager on your behalf.

  2. Where can I get a current copy of the Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs)?

    The one you received when you purchased the Condo should be current, however you can contact the property manager who will be happy to verify that you have all the latest CCR information.

  3. Can I park in visitor parking as an association member?

    The simple answer is no. Our Association has very limited parking and for Phase I there is no outside parking and for Phase II you can park in your garage and in your driveway. For the rentals (Sarber Units) they have overflow parking in the vacant lot behind those units.

  4. How long can someone park in visitor parking before it's considered non-visitor/storage?

    Any vehicle parked more than 3 nights in visitor parking is considered non-visitor/storage and subject to a $200.00 fine and towed (at the expense of the owner).

  5. What is the rule for pets (i.e. dogs) in the Association?

    All pets in the common/open areas of the Association must abide by Municipal code - must be on a leash. Also, any residue left by the animal(s) must be collected up by the owner.

  6. When is quiet time in the Association?

    Ten (10) o'clock PM to six (6) AM is considered quiet time for the Association.
